This is a horse drawn hay mower. My dad removed the seat and reconfigured the draw bar so he could pull it with a tractor.
This is a horse drawn hay rake. He removed the seat and pulled it with the tractor. The hay wasn’t baled. He raked it up, loaded it on a truck with a pitchfork, and took it to a hay stack to feed the cows. Nobody works that hard nowadays!
